NEW Youth Suicide Prevention Toolkit

Our youth suicide prevention toolkit is now available to the public! Recent headlines and reports about the concerning state of youth mental health have given us a clear call to action: we all need to ramp up our efforts to support kids and connect them with the help they need. Our new youth suicide prevention toolkit addresses this by encouraging parents and caregivers to show teens that they have their back, and resources like the 988 support line are here to help, too. The toolkit contains a newsletter/blog article, sample social media posts, graphics, suggested alt text, a Pinterest board, and links to additional resources that provide more information about youth suicide prevention.

The coordinated outreach week for this toolkit is during National Suicide Prevention Week, September 10 - 16, 2023. If you haven’t done so already, please add youth suicide prevention to your social media plans for next week and share this email within your network!
